Please inform the ANA Disability Desk in advance if you have difficulty in keeping a seated position due to an illness, injury, or other condition.

We offer the following assistance.

Assist Seat/ Support Belt/ Pillow/ Blanket

Assist seats, support belts, pillows, and blankets are available free of charge for customers who experience difficulty in maintaining a seated position so that they can keep the upper part of their body in place.

Cabin Stretcher

A stretcher is available for customers who cannot sit upright and need to lie down during the entire flight including takeoff and landing due to an illness, injury, or other condition. Please refer to Customers Requiring a Stretcher for more details.
