• Reservations can be made between 3 months and 3 days prior to the intended day of use.
• The advance reservation period varies depending on the season. Please check the Haneda Airport Pet Hotel website or inquire by telephone before making a reservation.
• Please note that it may not be possible to make a reservation for your preferred date(s) if it falls within a busy period such as the year-end/New Year holiday period, Golden Week, or summer season.

• May not be used in conjunction with other discounts or coupons.
• If the face value of the coupons exceeds the amount due, no change will be given.
• If you forget to bring your coupons with you on the day of use, you will be required to pay the actual fee. In addition, cash or mileage refunds will not be given for coupons which are not used.

If a voucher/coupon is used, that transaction will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
