When renting vehicles in the United Sates and Canada, please present your ANA Card or ANA Milage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage. A variety of rental rate plans are available to meet the travel need and enable customers to have peace of mind, such as the Bonus Plan (a rate which includes the necessary insurance fees) and the Gold Plan (which includes refueling charges, taxes and other applicable fees).
Alamo Rent A Car also offers Japanese Drivers License Translation Services and Japanese language navigation system.

How to Accrue Miles
When picking up the vehicle from the rental office at the destination, please present the required items (reservation confirmation, driver's license, credit card) as well as your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage.
Mileage Accrual Date
Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.
- * Please retain the receipt until after you have confirmed that mileage has been credited to your mileage account.
Notes
- Miles can only be accrued by the person named in the car rental contract.
- Only rental plans which specify payment at the destination are eligible for mileage accrual.
- Vehicle rentals from offices in the United States and Canada are eligible for accrual.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with frequent flyer programs of other airlines.
- For retroactive registration, please have your receipt and apply within 6 months from the date of use.
