Termination of the Mileage Partnership with Alitalia
Thank you for your patronage of ANA and to the ANA Mileage Club.
As of October 14, 2021 ANA and Alitalia will conclude their mileage partnership as Alitalia will cease its operation on/after October 15, 2021.
Handling procedures for reservations/tickets due to the mileage partnership termination with Alitalia are as follows:
Mileage Accrual
Mileage accrual will be accepted for flights boarded up to October 14, 2021.
Retroactive Registration for Mileage
Retroactive registration will be accepted within 6 months from boarding date.
Handling of Award Reservation
Mileage Redemption for Alitalia will be stopped on/after October 15, 2021.
Handling of Date Change and Refund for Award Reservation
Date changes for travel dates on/after October 15, 2021 cannot be accepted. Refunds can be applied within the ticket validity.
