We are pleased to announce that the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions will be partially revised effective Monday, April 11, 2022.
The major revisions are as follows.
Overview
Article 2 Definitions
The following definitions have been added.
- Premium Member
- Super Flyers Card Member
- ANA SKY COINS
- Star Alliance
- Star Alliance Gold Member
- Star Alliance Silver Member
Article 4 Commencement of Membership
The handling of membership numbers and passwords, etc. has been added in paragraph 4.
Article 10 Validity of Miles
The expiration date of Miles has been clarified.
Article 17 ANA Privacy Policy
The title of the clause has been changed from "ANA Privacy Policy" to "Handling of Personal Information."
In addition, in paragraph 2, the handling of personal information necessary to provide various Awards to Star Alliance Gold Members and Star Alliance Silver Members has been clarified.
Article 26 Program Changes
The handling in the event of a program change has been changed.
