For code-share flights operated by partner airlines' aircraft and crew members, airport procedures and in-flight services vary according to the standards of each airline. Please check the following information when using a code-share flight.

StarFlyer (7G) Flight Information

Service Description
Check-in

Passengers Departing From Haneda Airport, Kitakyushu Airport
Online Check-in or Check-in at the StarFlyer counter.
The arrival and departure terminal in Haneda Airport is Terminal 1.
Please go through the security inspection "A". You may not pass through other security inspections.

Passengers Departing From Fukuoka Airport, Kansai International Airport, Yamaguchi Ube Airport, and Chubu Centrair International Airport
Online Check-in or Check-in at the ANA counter.

Seat Selection Same as ANA operated flights (seat selection timing may be different).
Confirmation of
flight number
Flights will be displayed as ANA flights on boarding passes. Airport information displays will use NH/MQ or 7G.
Minimum Transit
Time
Same as ANA operated flights.
However, it takes 50 miutes to transfer between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Haneda Airport.
Baggage (Carry-
on Baggage)

The following is the carry-on baggage limit per passenger (excluding infants who do not use seats).
Number---1 piece, in addition to personal items such as handbags and umbrellas.
Weight--- Within 10kg
Size---The total of the 3 sides should not exceed 115 cm, with the length, width, and height not exceeding 55 cm × 40 cm × 25 cm respectively.

However, carry-on baggage must be safely stored in the overhead bins or under the seat in front of you.

Please note that the FLY WITH PET! service (Japanese Only) provided by StarFlyer is not available for flights with an ANA flight number.

Lounge
availability

ANA Premium members (customer and accompanying passengers), ANA Card Premium members (customer) and Star Alliance Gold members (customer and accompanying passengers) can use the lounge when their boarding pass has an ANA flight number. Please present your premium status card and boarding pass that allows you to confirm your flight at the lounge reception.

* Lounge service is not available at Terminal 1 in Haneda Aiport and at Kitakyushu Airport.

Cabin attendants Only Star Flyer cabin attendants will be on board.
In-flight services Hot and cold beverages, picture books and more are available free of charge. We offer ANA in-flight magazine "Tsubasa no Okoku."
Service standards of StarFlyer shall apply.
(In-flight purchases do not apply.)
Non-Smoking/
Smoking
All seats are non-smoking.
Mileage Applicable only when boarding with an ANA flight number. Members of partner companies are eligible for mileage earning and award use as ANA flights.

For Customers with Disabilities

For the following customers, please contact the ANA Consultation Desk for Customers with Disabilities after making a reservation. (There may be instances when you are unable to board a flight operated by Star Flyer).

  • Customers who are severely injured, customers who have difficulty walking alone, customers who use electric wheelchairs, customers who are visually impaired (when a blind customer is boarding alone), or customers who require a medical oxygen cylinder.

For Premium Member

Premium Members who travel on StarFlyer (SFJ)-operated Japan domestic codeshare flights under an ANA flight number will be unable to use any of the following Premium Member services at Haneda Airport.

Lounge Access

Lounges at Haneda Airport (ANA SUITE LOUNGE, ANA LOUNGE, ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE) are not available.

Priority Check-in Counter

ANA SUITE CHECK-IN and ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN at Haneda Airport are not available.

Exclusive security checkpoint

ANA SUITE CHECK-IN and ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN at Haneda Airport are not available.
