Japan | Passengers who have requested payment via bank transfer (in Japanese Yen) or e-money will receive a separate URL from an ANA domain (@121.ana.co.jp) after confirming the application details. This will be sent to the email address entered on the compensation application, so please check your inbox settings in advance. |

If you wish to make a bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP, we will cover the remittance fee. However, depending on the receiving bank you specify, you may be charged a commission fee. |
China | For payments requested via bank transfer in CNY, please enter the beneficiary's full name as follows to match the account holder name. Chinese nationals: Name in Chinese Foreign nationals: Name in Latin alphabet CNAPS is a bank's branch number. Please contact your bank if you have any questions. |
