Immigration
  • Please present your passport.
  • There are separate Immigration counters for residents and travelers. Travelers need to go to the counter that says "Foreign Passport."
Fast Track Immigration

Fast track Immigration is available to the following customers:

  • Business Class
  • Disables passengers
  • Senior passengers (over the age of 70)
  • Expectant mothers
  • Passengers with infants

Please show your boarding pass when using this service.

Customs
  • Customers with goods to declare must turn in their Customs Declaration forms.
  • If you have items to declare, please go to the red counter.
  • If you do not have items to declare, please go to the green counter.

Connecting to international flights of other airlines from ANA
  • After arriving on the 2nd floor, please pass through the transit security checkpoint and proceed to the transit counter for international flights on the 3rd floor to complete the boarding procedures. Then, proceed to the boarding gate for your connecting flight.
    • It is not possible to use the transit counter when traveling with certain airlines. If your connecting flight is with one of these airlines, please complete the immigration procedures for Bangkok, pick up your checked baggage, and pass through customs. You will need to go to a check-in counter for international flights on the 4th floor to check in again, so please confirm this with the airline of your connecting flight in advance.
Connecting to Thai domestic flights from ANA

Connecting to Krabi (KBV), Chiang Mai (CNX), Chiang Rai (CEI), Hat Yai (HDY), or Phuket (HKT) on flights operated by Thai Airways International (TG)
Connecting to Krabi (KBV), Samui (USM), Chiang Mai (CNX), Trat (TDX), Hat Yai (HDY), or Phuket (HKT) on flights operated by Bangkok Airways (PG)

  • After check-in at Thai Airways International (TG) or Bangkok Airways (PG) transit counter, complete the immigration at transit inspection area for domestic flights and proceed to the boarding gate of connecting flights.

Connecting to other domestic flights other than the above

  • Please pass through immigration, pick up your checked baggage, and pass through customs. Then, proceed to the relevant check-in counter for domestic flights on the 4th floor.
Connecting from international flights of other airlines to ANA
  • When you have not checked in to ANA flights at departing airports, please check-in at ANA transfer counter (Transfer Counter EAST or WEST) on the 3rd floor and proceed to the ANA boarding gate.
    • Except for transfer from a part of airline companies.

Train

Airport Rail Link

Services all 8 stations between Suvarnabhumi Station that is on lower ground floor 1 of the airport terminal building → Phaya Thai Station.
Only local trains called City Line trains, and all go to Phaya Thai Station.

  • Platform: There is a ticket booth in the first basement floor of the airport terminal building. The platform is underground level 2.
  • Traveling time: Approx. 30 minutes to Phaya Thai
  • Fares: 15 to 45 Baht depending on the destination. Fare to last stop Phaya Thai is 45 Baht.
  • Timetable: 2 to 6 services every hour from 5:30 am to 0:02 the next morning on weekdays, 5:30 am to 22:08 during weekends.
  • * Note that the final city line train runs non-stop to Phaya Thai Station.

Taxi

  • Platform: Using the automatic taxi allocation machine (touch-screen) located at Gate No. 4 and No. 7 on Airport Terminal Building 1F will print a piece of paper with a number on it. At the taxi waiting area, there are electronic notice boards hanging from the ceiling. Head towards the electronic notice board with your number and your taxi will be waiting for you. Walk to the taxi.
  • Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Fares: Approx. 300 to 350 Baht including the metered fare (About 250 to 300 Baht to the center of Bangkok) and dispatch fee of 50 Baht (You will be charged the total of the combined metered fare and dispatch fee on arrival at your destination. If toll roads are used, the toll is to be paid by the customer)
  • Operating hours: 24 hours

EV TAX

  • Platform: These are electric-powered taxis. Book at the EV TAXI VIP counter outside Airport Terminal 1 exit 3. These taxis have a GPS tracking system and in-car surveillance cameras and are safer than regular taxis.
  • Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Fares:It is 150 baht for the first ride and about 700 to 800 baht to get to the Bangkok city center.Credit cards are accepted. When using toll roads, the toll is paid by the passenger.
  • Operating hours: 24 hours

Limousine

  • Platform: Outside Airport Terminal Building second floor (Arrivals). There is a reception counter in the baggage claim area and in the arrivals lobby outside that area.
  • Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Fares: Price to Bangkok City Center is from 1,300 Baht (Price will differ depending on the vehicle type and distance. Price is from 800 Baht if within the vicinity of the airport. Includes toll road tolls.Credit cards are accepted.
  • Operating hours: 24 hours

Airport Bus

The S1 bus route to Khao San Road is operational.

  • Platform: The bus stop is out exit 7 on the first floor of the airport terminal building (arrivals floor) and across the street passing in front of the building.
  • Traveling time: About 1 to 1.5 hours
  • Fares: 60 Baht
  • Operating hours: 6:00 to 20:00 (30 minutes intervals)
