Immigration

Please present your passport and Immigration card.

Customs
  • Customers with goods to declare must turn in their Customs Declaration forms.
  • If you have items to declare, please go to the red counter.
  • If you do not have any items to declare, please go to the green counter.
Connecting to international flights

Even when the destination of your baggage tag shows the final destination, you must pick up the baggage if you enter the country.

Connecting to airlines departing from Terminal 1
  1. Proceed to the International Transfer Counter on the Arrivals floor (2nd floor).
    If your baggage is checked in through to the final destination, it is not necessary to pick up your baggage.
  2. Take the escalator located behind the International Transfer Counter to the departure floor (3rd floor).
    After clearing customs and security, proceed to the boarding gate for your connecting flight.
Connecting to airlines departing from Terminal 2
  1. Proceed to the International Transfer Counter on the Arrivals floor (2nd floor).
    If your baggage is checked in through to the final destination, it is not necessary to pick up your baggage.
  2. Take the inter-terminal transfer bus and proceed to Terminal 2.
    After clearing customs and security, proceed to the boarding gate for your connecting flight.
    • * The staff will guide you to the bus stop for inter-terminal transfer.
Connecting to domestic flights

After completing arrival formalities and collecting your baggage, please proceed to the domestic transfer counter on the 1st floor.
Passenger on Southern Airlines (CZ), Sichuan Airlines (3U), Xiamen Airlines (MF), Chongqing Airlines (OQ), Hebei Airlines (NS), Chunqiu Airlines (9C), or Jiuyuan Airlines (AQ), please proceed to check-in counter.

Airport (Terminal 2 → Terminal 1) →Guangzhou Civil Aviation Hospital → Jichang Road IC → Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Sanyuanli Campus → China Southern Airlines Guangzhou Central Ticket Office (East Side of Guangzhou Railway Station)*3

  • Time required: Approx. 70 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: Before 10:00 p.m. = 20 yuan, after 10:00 p.m. = 21 yuan
  • Operating hours: 7:00 to 1:50 following day (20 to 90 minutes intervals)
Route 2 (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Huashi Hotel)

Airport (Terminal2→Terminal1) → Garden Hotel → South Gate of Zoo → TeeMall Plaza → Tianhe Computer City → Huashi Hotel(Jinan University Bus Stop) → Guangyun Building

  • Time required: Approx. 90 minutes
  • Fare: 22 to 27 yuan
  • Operating hours: 23:00 to 1:55 following day (15 to 20 minutes intervals)
Guangzhou South Railway Special Line (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to Guangzhou South Railway Station)

Airport (Terminal 2 → Terminal 1) → Hanxi Changlong Station (Metro Line 3, Line 7, close to Hanxi Changlong Station) → Guangzhou South Railway Station

  • Time required: Approx. 90 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: 60 yuan
  • Operating hours: 11:00, 13:30, 16:00, 23:30
Airport express (機場快線)
  • Platform: Terminal 1: Section A = International Flight Arrival Lobby A12 exit, Section B = Domestic Flight Arrival Lobby B11, 12 exit

  • Fare: 21 to 28 yuan
  • Operating hours: Departing at 8:00, 9:30, 12:00, 14:00, 17:00, 19:00
Route 7-A (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Panyu Hotel)

Airport (Terminal2→Terminal1) → Panyu Mehood Lestie Hotel → Panyu Hotel (Panyu Terminal)

  • Time required: Approx. 90 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: 39 to 41 yuan
  • Operating hours: 8:00 to 1:00 following day (60 to 90 minute intervals)
Route 8-C (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Weldon Hotel Luogang)

Airport (Terminal2→Terminal1) → DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Guangzhou - Science City → Kaichuang Ave. Hongming Rd. Entrance → Xiangxue International Apartment → Weldon Hotel Luogang

  • Time required: Approx. 80 minutes for the entire route
  • Fare: 37 yuan
  • Operating hours: 9:15, 14:15, 19:15
