Request Assistance for International Flights
After you entered the passenger information upon making an online reservation, you can enter your request for special assistance from Other Services. Depending on the type of assistance, we may contact you to confirm the assistance details.
Items to Enter
- Walking disabilities if any
- Degree of self-ambulation
- Necessity of wheelchair check-in
- Wheelchair is foldable
- Type of wheelchair (manual / electric)
- Type of battery (DRY / WET)
- Size of wheelchair (length, width, height, weight)
If you need assistance other than the above, please contact the ANA Disability Desk.
(In the case of reservations involving code-share flights or flights operated by other airline, it may be necessary to contact the operating airline.)
