Kiri-no-Mori
At the Kiri-no-Mori roadside station, you can purchase the well-known Shingu Tea and Kiri-no-Mori Daifuku rice cakes from the sweet factory, and enjoy sweets and dishes made with the Shingu Tea at “Chafe” and “Kaido-Chamise” and restaurants.
There is also a hot spring and cottage on the premises, allowing you to relax and refresh from the fatigue of everyday life. Nearby the roadside station there is the clear water of Umatate River surrounded by vast greenery. You’ll really be able to feel the tranquil atmosphere of Shingu. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax amidst this dreamlike scenery of clear water, fresh air, and lush greenery.
