| Customers will be allowed to amend current bookings to a flight of an equal value free of charge. Please be aware that fare rules including, departure period, minimum/maximum stay, flight application etc., still apply. If the price of the newly booked flight is higher than the original booking, the passenger will have to pay the fare difference cost. No refund applies if the newly booked flight price is lower than the original booking. |
Processing fees shall apply when customers issue or change tickets at ANA’s call center and/or at ANA counters. No additional fee will be incurred when made through the ANA website. Please note that customers who have not purchased tickets directly through ANA should contact the necessary travel agency and/or airline. |
Cancellations will be subject to the ticket's fare conditions. |
