On the Actual Day
When picking up the vehicle from the relevant rental office, please present your reservation confirmation; credit card, ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card; Japanese driver's license and international driver's license; and state that you wish to accrue mileage.
- * Mileage cannot be accrued when vehicles are rented through frequent flyer programs of other airlines.
- * Mileage cannot be accrued during certain periods, in certain regions, and at certain rental offices, so please check when making the reservation.

Mileage Accrual Date
Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.
- * Please retain the receipt until after you have confirmed that mileage has been credited to your mileage account.
Notes
- Yen-denominated rates, corporates contracted rates, employee rates, travel agency package tours/coupons and chauffeur drive rates are not eligible for mileage accrual. There may also be other products which are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Reservations must be made in advance in Japan.
- The car must be rented in ANA Mileage Club member's name to earn miles. Only one member per car rental will be credited with miles.
- When picking up the vehicle from the relevant rental office, please present your reservation confirmation; credit card or ANA Mileage Club Card; Japanese driver's license and international driver's license; and state that you wish to accrue mileage. Please note that mileage will not be accrued if these procedures are not completed.
