Advance Service

Frequent flyers who will be flying ANA can use our Advance Service to gain faster access to Premium Member Services.

Members who have earned the required amount of Premium Points earlier than the end of December at which status for the following fiscal year is decided can access each Premium Member Advance Services for Diamond, Platinum and Bronze.

Example

• A 2021 Platinum Service Member (fiscal year starting April 1) who has accrued 100,000 Premium Points (of which 50,000 were on ANA Group-operated flights) by August 2021 will become a Diamond Advance Service Member from September 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
• After April 1, 2022, he or she will become a full-status Diamond Service Member.
• Note: Advance Service is available from mid-April.
  • Customers who have earned the required number of Premium Points between January and March will have access to the service from mid-April.
  • Members who have earned the required amount of premium points after April will be able to use the service approximately 2 to 3 days after the conditions are met.
    Please check the status after logging into the ANA website or the ANA Mileage Club app.
• Different levels of Premium Member Services cannot be combined.
• Premium Member Advance Service is not applicable when attaining status using Life Solution Service.

Advance Bronze Service Members Status

To achieve this status members must meet one of the following requirements:

• Members must reach 30,000 Premium Points in one year and hold an ANA Gold Card or Premium Card
• Members must reach 30,000 Premium Points in one year (including 15,000 Premium Points on ANA Group-operated flights)

Advance Platinum Service Members Status

To achieve this status, members must reach 50,000 Premium Points in one year (including 25,000 from ANA Group-operated flights).

Advance Diamond Service Members Status

To achieve this status, members must reach 100,000 Premium Points in one year (including 50,000 from ANA Group-operated flights).

• Those who have earned Premium Points from January to the end of December this year and have surpassed their current premium status points, are welcome to start using the higher status as advance premium service.
• For example, a Bronze Service member who earns 50,000 Premium Points (25,000 from ANA Group operated flights) will be sent information on the Services before reaching Platinum Service Members Status.
• Please note that premium points registered after January will not be counted even if the miles were accumulated before the end of December, and will not be eligible of the advance service for the higher status.
• To check your Premium Points balance, please log into the ANA Website and look under "Members" at the top right corner.

Note: If you make a reservation prior to achieving Advance Premium Status, you will need to register your ANA Mileage Club Membership 10-digit number again in order to book Japan domestic flights (this includes flights booked as a transit from an international route). Please call the Premium Members Service Desk sometime after your status has been changed and before your flight.
You can confirm your status on the ANA website login page or ANA Mileage Club app.

Note: Some of the benefits in the tables below may be unavailable with Advance Service (depending on your Premium Member level) or you may need to wait a couple weeks to access some services.

• * You can access this service in approximately two to three days after achieving the necessary Premium Points.

With the exception of Premium Member Service Desk, all of the above benefits can be used once you receive your status card (which takes approximately two to three weeks). Depending on your place of residence, it may take some time for your card to be delivered. However, you can use your digital card to present your status and take advantage of the perks and services before your card arrives.

  *2 As of the release of the summer flight schedule (departure dates from March 30 to October 25, 2025) in late January 2025 (scheduled), Early Reservation Service for ANA Domestic Flight Awards and AMC Companion Fare will be terminated.
