The ANA Premium Service Desk is here to help with everything from reservations for ANA Group flights to using your miles, and we can assist you with any premium service questions you might have.

How to Use This Service

Please log in to your ANA Account through the ANA Website. Then click on "ANA Premium Members" on the AMC Members' Information page.

Airport Lounge Access

When departing on an ANA Group-operated flight, Star Alliance member airline-operated flight or connecting to/from a Star Alliance partner flight, you can spend time in designated lounges at the airport until your boarding time.

In addition, Diamond Service, Platinum Service, and Super Flyers members' status is equivalent to Star Alliance Gold status. Premium Members who are boarding Star Alliance member airline-operated flights can access as many as 1,000 Star Alliance member airport lounges worldwide.

Note: When booking your flight, please register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club Number.

Terms of Use

  • The lounges are available for premium members. Guests entering the lounges with a Premium Member, as traveling guests or those who are registered as an Award User are eligible to use ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers. Miles, Upgrade Points or ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers may be required.

Airport Concierge Service

Concierge Service is available when boarding international flights from Tokyo's Haneda and Narita airports, and on domestic flights from Haneda Airport, New Chitose Airport, Itami Airport, Fukuoka Airport, and Naha Airport.

Our concierge staff stationed at the check-in counter and at lounges will ensure that you are as comfortable as possible before your flight.

ANA Upgrade Seat Awards

Upgrade Points can be used to upgrade to Premium Class on domestic routes (ANA Group-operated flights) and to Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class on international routes (ANA Group-operated flights and United Airlines flights).

Upgrade Points are special points awarded to Premium Members based on the number of premium points earned on ANA Group-operated flights between January and December of the previous year. They can be used for seat upgrades or lounge access, making your journey even more enjoyable.

  • Between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021, Premium Members can use your FY2020 Upgrade Points to upgrade to Premium Economy on international flights (ANA Group-operated flights).

Upgrade Points may be used.

Registered Award Users
  • Guests not visiting the lounge at the same time as the primary member must be registered as Award Users in advance.
  • Registration can be completed on the Award User Registration page on the ANA website, or via the Premium Members Service Desk.
  • For lounge access for Japan domestic flights, registered award users must also be ANA Mileage Club members.

International Flights

Upgrade Points can be used to upgrade your seats to a higher class of service on eligible ANA Group-operated international flights.

  • Tickets must be purchased and confirmed to use Upgrade Points.

Japan Domestic Flights

When boarding ANA Group-operated domestic flights, upgrades are available for Japan domestic flight fares (including award tickets and the AMC Companion Fare)* if a seat is available from two days prior to departure.

  • * Excluding domestic sectors on international flight tickets, open-ended tickets without a reservation, group fares and inclusive tour discount fares.
  • Customers wishing to upgrade must have already reserved and purchased a ticket for an Economy Class seat on the relevant flight.
  • If a reservation contains several customers when the upgrade request is made, all those customers must be ANA Mileage Club members and will be subject to the upgrade.
    • It is not possible for only some customers within the reservation to upgrade.

Required Number of Points per Segment

  • Economy Class to Premium Class: 4

Important Notices

  • There are limited number of seats available for Upgrade Points.
  • When boarding on a higher class of service after an upgrade is used, flight miles will be credited as the original ticketed booking class.
  • Upgrading or use of Upgrade Points cannot be completed on board.
  • Upgrade Points cannot be used on Japan domestic flights that do not have Premium Class.
  • International flights:
    • Economy class tickets cannot be upgraded to First Class on international flights.
    • It may not be possible to make an additional reservation (double reservation) for air ticket(s) in the same class of service.
    • Upgrade awards cannot be used on package tours and other applicable inclusive tour fares, or on ineligible booking classes.
    • Class of service or seat upgrades cannot be used on award reservation tickets.

Exclusive Upgrade for Diamond Service Members

When traveling on ANA international flights (ANA Group-operated flights and ANA flight number flights only), ANA Diamond Service members can upgrade with an ineligible booking class by using double Upgrade Points. This service will apply when the higher-class availability requirement is met on the departure date (such as meal, seat, amenity, etc.)

  • Only the primary member is eligible. Neither accompanying guests nor Registered Award Users are eligible for this service.
  • This service is not available for award reservations .
  • When your travel is originating from Japan, upgrade requests can be made using the regular amount of Upgrade Points required for reservations ticketed on H class.

How to Apply

  • Contact the Diamond Service Desk the day before your boarding date to request this service. Requests cannot be made on the ANA website.
  • Please confirm the upgrade service has been requested when checking in at the ANA airport counter on the day of departure.

Upgrading on United Airlines-operated Flights

Upgrade Points can be used to apply for higher class of service on United Airlines flights with a booking class of O, A, Y, B, M, or E.

Required Number of Points

Upgrade Points can be used starting at four points for a one-way (one segment).

Waitlisting

It is possible to be waitlisted if there are no seats available when you apply for the upgrade.
