(Warning) Please Be Aware of Suspicious (Phishing) Emails Pretending to Be Customer Satisfaction Surveys from ANA

We have become aware of emails pretending to be from the ANA Group that inform the recipient of a customer satisfaction survey and link to a fake (phishing) site asking for their name, email address and credit card details so they can be credited money for answering the survey.
Although ANA does send information to its customers via email regarding reservations and its products/services, we do not send emails that ask you to provide information such as your credit card number or pin number.
We ask all our customers to be extremely careful when receiving emails regarding matters of which they have no knowledge.

Example of Actual Phishing Email

The email informs the recipient that they have been selected to participate in a survey for which they will be credited money to their account. After completing the survey, the participant is linked to a page asking for their name, email address and credit card details.
