Revision of the ANA Privacy Policy
We have revised part of the contents of our Privacy Policy.
The revised version of the privacy policy has come into effect on July 1, 2024.
There is no substantial change to the items of personal information to be acquired, or the purpose of use of personal information, as a result of these additions and revisions.
Major Revisions
1. Basic policy
The description of the basic policy placed at the beginning of the Privacy Policy has been removed. You can refer to Privacy Governance Fundamental Policy and Principles of Conduct by clicking on this link.
2. Chapter 1. ANA's Handling of Personal Information of All Customers

Descriptions of the definition of "personal information" have been added.

5. Acquisition of information related to personal information
Descriptions of the definition of "information related to personal information" and examples of such information have been added.

7. Disclosure and provision of information to a third party
Descriptions on third parties to which ANA may disclose or provide customers' personal information have been added.

A new item is added at the end of this chapter to provide corporate information (corporate name, address of head office, name of representative) of business operators handling personal information.

A number of other additional changes have been made to expressions.
