Headrest covers made from apple pomace
Our headrest covers are made of vegan leather containing apple pomace, which is discarded during the production of apple juice in Aomori, Japan.
Sharkskin (Riblet) Technology
The surface of the aircraft is partially test-fitted with the riblet films developed by Nikon Corporation to evaluate the durability and other technical aspects of the film for the purpose of reducing CO₂ emissions.
New Selection of Educational Toys
An original ANA Future Promise themed picture book made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified paper will be added to the selection of toys offered to children on board.

A mixed salad offered in economy class on international flights contain soft kale grown in nutrient-rich compost derived from food waste.
