Termination of Partnership with Vanilla Air
As of October 26, 2019 ANA and Vanilla Air has concluded its mileage partnership.

Awards, Reservations and Refunds
Award reservation must be reserved and ticketed no later than October 22, 2019.
- Vanilla Air flights until October 26, 2019 were eligible.
You can make changes or cancellations before the day of booked flight departs at the Vanilla Air Reservation Center. (Fees will be applied.)
Refund mileage will be made for delays or cancellations of scheduled flights due to acts of nature such as typhoons or snow, or aircraft maintenance based on conditions of carriage. Refund procedures will be made from Changes / Refunds page of Vanilla Air official sight within 30 days from the scheduled departure of the booked flight.
- No refund fee.
