Reimbursement Methods of Costs

Applicable passengers are able to settle their expenses online by the PC or mobile phone.
Please prepare receipts showing the expense incurred for reimbursement of accommodation and/or transportation expenses.

  • * Notification is sent to your email address, SMS and ANA App which you registered upon reservation.
  • * Please apply for settlement of your expenses within 30 days from the scheduled departure date. (Date of flight cancellation or delay)
  • * Although it normally takes approximately 10 to 14 days to confirm application details after an application is submitted, it may take approximately one month depending on the circumstances (e.g. in the case of large numbers of flight delays/cancellations).

  • * For details on the reimbursement of various expenses, including examples of eligible expenses, please refer to Information on various expenses associated with Involuntary Changes due to ANA's responsibilities such as aircraft maintenance.
