international flights

The icons named Japan Domestic or International indicate differences in service for Japan domestic and international flights. Content not marked with an icon applies to both, Japan domestic and international flights.

Points to Note

There is no problem in boarding and it is not necessary to notify us in advance or submit a Medical Information Form (MEDIF).

Security Checks

Airport security checks may respond to metal detectors.

If you have a cardiac pacemaker, ICD or spinal cord stimulator, and are worried about the sensitivity on the device, we will take a pat-down inspection instead of the usual inspection method using a portal metal detector.

Please explain the situation of the customer verbally to the security inspection staff together with the notebook and certificate before conducting security inspection.

Also, customers who have metal fasteners such as artificial joints in the body may respond to the metal detector, but there is no problem on board. Please let the security inspection staff know in advance.
