Important Notice
Certain CPAPs (Sleepmate 10 series and AirSense 10 series) are not available for the B777-300ER 212-seat configuration.ANA free portable power supply is required. For details, please refer to the "Rental of Portable Power Supply for CPAP (for Sleep Mate 10 and AirSense 10)" page.
Reservations
Please notify the ANA Disability Desk about the CPAP you wish to use on board, its manufacturer, product name, model, size, battery type, etc.
When notifying us, please use the Medical Electronic Equipments Sheet.

- Electric power outlets are available on some aircraft and classes.
Carry-On of Spare Batteries
Due to safety regulations, some types and capacities of batteries are not allowed to be used on board nor to be checked in. Please contact us in advance.
Electric Power Availability
The electric power outlets equipped at aircraft seats are available for usage except during taxi, takeoff and landing. Some aircraft and classes may not be equipped with electric power outlets. For more information please refer to How to Use the Seat Plug Socket (International Flights).
- In-flight seat power is not available for medical devices other than CPAP.
- Humidifiers cannot be used on board.
- The power supply may be cut off without prior notice if it exceeds its limit or if there is a system malfunction.
- The customers who bring Sleep Mate 10 and AirSense 10 series on B777-300ER aircraft, Please refer to the "Rental of Portable Power Supply for CPAP (for Sleep Mate 10 and AirSense 10)" page.
- If electricity does not run through the SleepMate 10/AirSense 10 when connected to the seat power supply on B787-9 aircraft, try inserting CPAP's power jack deep into the in-flight seat outlet and holding it by hand for 10 seconds.
