If you do not change your itinerary:
The rules set at the time of purchase will apply.
If you change your itinerary before the departure of the first segment:
The rules of the new fare after the change will apply.
If you change the remaining segments of your itinerary after the departure of the first segment:
The rules set at the time of purchase will apply.
Q2:[International] When boarding a codeshare flight operated by another airline, which rules apply to the free baggage allowance and advance seat reservation?

Advance Seat Reservation:
If you are boarding a codeshare flight with an ANA flight number operated by another airline, the rules will be subject to the operating airline's policy.
Please note that advance seat assignments may not be available in some cases.
Free Baggage Allowance:
If ANA's baggage rules apply, the rules of the fare type you purchased will be applied.
If you have not yet purchased your ticket, please visit the ANA website to check seat availability for your desired route and select a fare type to view the "Details".
If you have already purchased your ticket, please check the "Baggage" section in the "Itinerary" of your e-ticket receipt.
