Lounge Access for Connections

Eligible Guests

The following passengers can access lounges on their departure date.*1

Eligible Passengers : First Class and Business Class passengers on ANA Group-operated international flights
Eligible Conditions : Passengers meeting the above criteria who have connecting flights within 24 hours in a series of itineraries (ticket with same booking under an ANA flight number)

(1) Connection from ANA Group-operated Japan domestic flight*2 to ANA Group-operated international flight
(2) Connection from ANA Group-operated international flight to ANA Group-operated Japan domestic flight*2
(3) Connection from ANA Group-operated international flight to another ANA Group-operated international flight

*1.
Lounge access is available from the day before departure for connecting flights departing by 5:00 in the morning.
*2.
This also includes codeshare flights operated by another airline boarded under an ANA flight number.

Available Lounges and Examples of Eligible Itineraries

(1) Connection from ANA Group-Operated Japan Domestic Flight to ANA Group-Operated International Flight (Itineraries 1 and 2)

Available Lounges:Domestic lounges at departure airports inside Japan*1 and international lounges at transit airports inside Japan*2

Applies to airports that have Domestic Lounge facilities.

Lounge access is also available when departing from an airport considered to be interchangeable (in a multi-airport area).

(2) Connection from ANA Group-Operated International Flight to ANA Group-Operated Japan Domestic Flight (Itineraries 3 and 4)

Available Lounges:International lounges at departure airports and domestic lounges at transit airports inside Japan*1

Lounge access is also available when departing from an airport considered to be interchangeable (in a multi-airport area).

(3) Connection from ANA Group-Operated International Flight to Another ANA Group-Operated International Flight (Itinerary 5)

Available Lounges:International lounges at departure airports*1 and international lounges at transit airports inside Japan*2

*1 You are able to use ANA lounges (ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE) at both departure and transit airport under following conditions;
- If you are boarding on different classes on connecting flights, you are eligible to use ANA lounge according to the standards of the higher class.
  Lounges at overseas airport not owned and operated by ANA are excluded.

Itinerary 5: Connecting from an International Flight to an Another International Flight

Passengers transferring from an international route will be able to use the lounge of the domestic connecting airport upon request.
