Refund and Cancellation Charges for Flight Tickets [Japan Domestic Flights]

A specified fee will be charged for refunds to flight tickets that have been purchased (not applicable when only a reservation has been made). Please note that the fee may vary by fare type.

Refund Charges

When a refund is granted, 440 JPY will be charged per flight ticket / fee ticket (1 sector).

    If you request a refund for a ticket with one of the fares below at the same time as doing so for a return journey or connecting sector, you will be asked to pay a fee of 440 JPY for the pair of sectors.

Special Cases for Changes and Refunds

The following are special responses if you are unable to travel because of illness or injury.

  • You can change to another flight within 30 days of your booked flight departure date.

  • You can get a full refund with no refund or cancellation charges incurred.

      The special cases for changes and refunds of reservations is only available if you contact us prior to the departure of your booked flight and before you make the refund.
      Please note that reservations that have already been refunded are not eligible.

      A doctor's note is required for changes or refunds due to illness or injury.
      The certificate must clearly indicate that the passenger is unable to board the originally reserved itinerary.

The processing of ANA domestic award tickets is only handled at the ANA Domestic reservation/information center.
