Biz

Biz is a fare that is available exclusively on ANA Biz, the business travel arrangement system for corporate customers. Reservations made with this fare can also be changed on the departure date.
Please note that fares may vary by departure date.


Conditions

Applicable to passengers 12 years of age and older flying in Economy Class seats. (If the flight departs before March 30, 2024 or the ticket is issued before January 31, 2024.)

Children aged 3 or older. (If the flight departs on or after March 31, 2024 and the ticket is issued on or after February 1, 2024.)

ANA Biz exclusive fares are available when making reservations and purchasing tickets via ANA Biz.

Reservation and Purchasing Period

From 09:30 (JST) 355 days prior to the departure date up to the departure date itself.

    • Please note that, when reserving multiple flights with different payment deadlines at the same time, the closest payment deadline will apply for all of the flights.

Validity Period

Tickets are valid on the issue date (credit card payment date) and 1 year from the day thereafter (until the same date 1 year later).
Please note that, if your ticket has a reservation, it will be valid only for the reserved flight. If you do not change or cancel your reservation before the flight departs, you will be unable to use the ticket thereafter.


Changes

Reservation changes for the same sector are permitted before the departure. However, the name of the passenger, the segment, and the airline to be used cannot be changed.
Refer to this information regarding destination airport changes for routes departing from and arriving at Tokyo, Osaka, the Northern Kyushu region (Fukuoka/Kitakyushu/Saga), and Hiroshima/Iwakuni.
Fare adjustment is required when the fare of the purchased ticket and that of the actual flight differs.

    As of January 31, 2024, new reservations and ticketing for Premium Child Fares and Child Fares for flights departing on or after March 31, 2024, will no longer be available.

Upgrading to Premium Class

  • Changing Fares

    On the ANA Biz website, Premium Biz will be recommended.

  • Upgrading

    You can upgrade for an additional fee at the departure airport on the departure date if Premium Class seats are available.
    ANA Mileage Club members can make upgrade reservations from two days prior to departure. Please see Terms and Conditions for Upgrade Reservations for further details.

  • *
    • The payable additional fee for an upgrade that is available on the departure date (or 2 days prior to the departure date for ANA Mileage Club members) will be the difference with Premium Biz. For the advance upgrade fees, please see the upgrade fee lists below.

Refunds

Refunds will be handled in the period from the date of ticket purchase up to 30 days from the day after the date of the reserved flight.
Charge (Refund charge*1 and Cancellation charge.) will be applied.
