Redeem Miles for Rakuten Edy

Procedures can be completed at the check-in counters for domestic flights at airports in Japan or at self-service check-in machines located at the boarding gate. * For international flights, procedures cannot be completed at self-service check-in machines.

ANA Web KIOSK and ANA SKY KIOSK services are no longer available.

Redeeming Miles for Rakuten Edy at a Self-service Check-in Machine

1. Select the Menu - Part 1

Select More options.

Select Edy Menu.

Select Convert Miles to Edy

2. Verify Customer Information

Place your ANA Mileage Club (AMC) Edy Card, ANA Card (with Edy functionality), or Keitai de Edy Miles-registered OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device onto the reader.

3. Enter Password

Enter your 4-digit AMC password.

4. Select Collection Method

Use 10,000 miles to redeem JPY 10,000 worth of Edy1.
After redemption, the redeemed amount of Edy must be collected within 60 days.

If you have registered an OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device with Keitai de Edy Miles, please select whether you wish to collect the Edy with a card or said device.
If you do not have an OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device, you will automatically proceed to the Confirm Redemption Details step.

1 After 3 redemptions (i.e., 30,000 miles) for Rakuten Edy e-money have been completed in a single year (from April 1 until the following March 31), a redemption rate of 10,000 miles/JPY 5,000 will apply to all subsequent Edy redemptions during that year.

5. Confirm Redemption Details - Part 1

After checking the details, tap Confirm.

Then tap Redeem Miles for Edy.

6. Redemption Completed

The redemption process is thus complete.

Now you will need to complete collection procedures to collect the redeemed Edy amount with your card or OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device. Select Collect Edy

If you cannot complete the collection procedures immediately, you can do so later by selecting Collect Edy at the Select the Menu - Part 3 step.

STEP 3 Collect the Rakuten Edy

7. Position the Edy Card/Device

Place your ANA Mileage Club (AMC) Edy Card, ANA Card (with Edy functionality), or Keitai de Edy Miles-registered Android device with OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) onto the reader.

8. Select the Amount of Edy to Collect

Please select the relevant amount of Edy to collect.
If selecting an amount will result in your Edy balance exceeding JPY 50,000, that amount cannot be selected. Collections are processed one at a time. To collect multiple amounts of Edy, please repeat the process from the Rakuten Edy Menu selection screen.

9. Confirm the Collected Edy Amount

After checking the details, tap the Collect Edy button.

10. Edy Collection Completed

The collection process is thus complete.
