Handling of ANA Milege Club Companion Fare when Passenger Number Changes (Main Cases)

When the Number of Passengers is Increased

Once your reservation and purchase is complete, no additional passengers may be added.

Additional passengers should board after reserving and purchasing a different fare.

When the Number of Passengers is Decreased

When the Member in Question is Not Flying

When the member in question is not flying, an ANA Milege Club Companion Fare cannot be applied for a guest.

In this case, an ANA Milege Club Companion Fare cannot be applied for a guest, so said guest should board after booking and purchasing a different fare.

Miles belonging to the member in question cannot be refunded.

A set fee will be charged for guest flight ticket refunds.

When No Guests are Flying

When no guests booked under a single reservation flying and only the member in question is flying, an ANA Milege Club Companion Fare be applied for the member in question.

In this case, an ANA Milege ClubCompanion Fare cannot be applied for the member in question, so said member should board after booking and purchasing a different fare.

Miles belonging to the member in question cannot be refunded.

A set fee will be charged for guest flight ticket refunds.

When Some Guests are not flying But the Number of Passengers Still Qualifies for the ANA Milege Club Companion Fare

For both the member in question and remaining guests, an ANA Milege Club Companion Fare will be applied.

Even if some guests do not board, an ANA Milege Club Companion Fare is available for the member in question as well as all remaining guests.

A set fee will be charged for refunding canceled passenger flight tickets.
