The following cases have been confirmed regarding customers who have reserved/purchased ANA airline tickets through flight ticket comparison websites.

The website where you made your reservation/purchase will not respond to any requests to change, cancel, or refund your reservation.

These refunds cannot be accepted due to ANA policies, so you are advised to contact ANA.
Such websites may have their own handling fees in addition to the airfare, cancellation fee, and refund fee stipulated by ANA, so we cannot accept such refund requests.
For any changes, refunds, or inquiries regarding ANA tickets that you have reserved or purchased, please contact the website where you made your reservation/purchase.
When purchasing an ANA ticket, please ensure that you will be able to receive the service you are requesting.
We also kindly request that you see the warning that JATA (Japan Association of Travel Agents) has issued on its website regarding transactions with travel agencies outside Japan.
