In 1995, we opened our first PICA campground in the Mt. Fuji area, based on the thinking that ‘Camping in Japan is tiring; we want to change that!’ Since then, we have created nine campgrounds with the mission of being a bridge between people and each other, and between people and nature. Each campsite offers a rich sense of nature in locations replete with variety, including Mt. Fuji and the Fuji Five Lakes area, where the campgrounds were founded, as well as remote islands, highlands and more. In addition, we offer facilities and services that accommodate a wide range of camper needs, including empty-handed camping for beginners or those who want a casual experience of the outdoors, full-fledged campers and those who prefer glamping.
