Mileage Accrual

Mileage Redemption Rate

General Customers ※ Orix Rent-A-Car Corporate Members	JPY 100 (including tax) = 1 mile
Orix Rent-A-Car Prime Members Club	Standard Members	JPY 100 (including tax) = 1 mile
Orix Rent-A-Car Prime Members Club	Gold and Platinum Members	JPY 100 (including tax) = 2 miles

Mileage Accrual Eligibility

When ANA Mileage Club members reserve vehicles directly with Orix Rent-A-Car, payments for the following charges and fees are eligible for mileage accrual: basic rental fee, rental extension fee, one-way drop-off fee, insurance and collision damage waiver program fee, and charges for optional items (snow chains, roof racks, etc.)

In addition to mileage accrual, the following benefits are also available.

Orix Rent-A-Car Prime Members Club Members

Standard Members: 5% off the basic rental fee (all vehicle classes)
Gold Members: 10% off the basic rental fee (all vehicle classes)
Platinum Members: 15% off the basic rental fee (all vehicle classes)

How to Accrue Miles

Please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Please retain the receipt until after you have confirmed that mileage has been credited to your mileage account.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Please have your receipt to hand, and provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number to the Orix Rent-A-Car rental site where you have picked up your vehicle.

Please apply within 6 months of the rental date.

Service is available in Japanese only.

When multiple ANA Mileage Club members rent a vehicle, only 1 member (the person named in the rental contract) will be able to earn miles.

  However, the following situations are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  
  When travel agency package tours/coupons or Eki Rent-A-Car products are used.
  
  When an accident occurs.
  
  When vehicles are rented through frequent flyer programs of other airlines.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other services.
