Beware of suspicious e-mails using the names of our company and our group companies (updated 12/25/2024)

Recently, we have been receiving suspicious e-mails that misuse the names of our company and our group companies to fraudulently obtain personal information.

The contents of these suspicious e-mails are that a third party sends fictitious e-mails to our e-mail address to encourage you to enter your personal information and exploit your personal information.
Although we may send e-mails such as information about reservations and product services, we do not send e-mails requesting customers' credit card numbers, PINs, or other information.
