Not applicable for the following
- Passengers under the age of 12 at the start of the itinerary
- ANA Diamond Members
- Passengers with visual disabilities or other disabilities who declare cannot use the internet
- Changes due to airline schedules or force majeure such as natural disasters
- Exchange/Reissue of Award tickets
Note
- When a ticket is issued at ANA counters(city/airport) and all centers located in South Korea, TSC/ESC will be applied in KRW.
- TSC/ESC are not refundable in case of Voluntary Refunds.
