Designed by industrial designer Mr. Eiji Mitooka, as its name suggests, it's built on the summit of Mount Kirikabu overlooking the town. Glass walls provide panoramic views, such as the town spread out before your eyes and the mountains on the other side as well as the trains running east to west and the former Bungo Mori Roundhouse.
