"ANA B789 CABIN DISCOVERY TOUR"

The "ANA B787 DISCOVERY TOUR" ("Contest") is organized by All Nippon Airways (the "Organizer"). By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the rights to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• 1. This Contest will commence from 17th April 2024 (0900H) until 22nd April 2024 (2359H) Malaysia Local Time ("Contest Period").
• 2. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period or terminate the Contest at any time without any prior notice.

• 3. The participant must be a citizen or resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12 digits) and, age 18 years and above at the time of participation.
• 4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the said Contest:
  • i. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organizer (and its related companies) and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses); and
  • ii. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organizer and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

• 5. To enter the contest, participants must
  • i. Like this Contest post
  • ii. Share your creative phrase in the comment section. The phrase must be ANA based and related to the stipulated emojis
  • iii. Tag one (1) friend in the comment section that loves to join you on this discovery
• 6. Only one entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will be disqualified.

• 7. The prize includes an exclusive discovery tour of ANA Boeing 789 Dreamliner at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 for the winner and ONE (1) companion.
• 8. The prize does not include transportation to and/or from KLIA and all other expenses in prize redeeming.
• 9. The prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind. It is also non-transferable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• 10. In the event you choose not to accept the Prize or did not redeem the Prize, the Prize shall be forfeited or be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organizer.

• 11. Total two (2) winners will be selected from all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• 12. The winner will be determined by the Organizer in their sole discretion, and such determination shall be final and binding.

• 13. The tour date and time will be arranged by ANA.

• 14. The organizer reserves the right to vary, add and/or revise the Tour itinerary, postpone or re-schedule the date of the Tour at its sole discretion. However, amended shall make known to the winner at least 5 days prior to the tour.

• 15. The Organizer will announce the winner of this Contest on 24th April 2024 ("Announcement Date") by publishing their Facebook user name on the All Nippon Airways Official Facebook page on the Announcement Date.
• 16. The winner must send an e-mail to the Organizer via kulss@ana.co.jp within 3 days of the Announcement Date to provide the following details with a password protected file.
  • i. Full Name.
  • ii. Mobile No.
  • iii. IC/Passport No.
• 17. Winners who do not respond within 3 days of the Announcement Date, will be disqualified and have their prizes forfeited. The Organizer will not entertain any correspondence with disqualified parties.
• 18. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem/collect the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants / winner.
• 19. The organizer reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of participants for this contest.

• 20. By participating in this Contest and/or accepting the prize, each participant and/or winner.
  • i. Consents (i) to the use of the materials in his/her contest entry, his/her name and/or photographs as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity without any compensation; and/or (ii) to the collection, use and disclosure to any third party service providers and/or partners by the Organizer, of any personal data provided by a participant to the Organizer in conjunction with the Contest, for such purposes as Organizer deemed necessary of the administration and management of the Contest;
  • ii. Agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible and no claim relating to any losses or injuries shall be asserted against the Organizer for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance or usage of any prize, including without limitation personal injuries, death or property damage; and
  • iii. Warrants and represents that the content posted in the comment section of the contest post will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of the third party.
  • iv. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
