Question 1: Which routes will the fare conditions be applicable to?
Answer:
Fare types are applicable for tickets originating from Philippines and travelling to North America and Latin America.
Question 2: What do I need to be aware when I change or cancel my booking?
Change Conditions:
Depends on the fare type chosen on the outbound and inbound international flight sector.
Ticket will need to be reissued to the latest fare (and rule conditions) and will be subjected to current applicable fees.
Please note that any fare, airport taxes or fuel surcharges difference will be collected or refunded accordingly.
If you had chosen the fare type with "changeable", there is no limit to the number of times you can change the booking.
However, maximum validity date of ticket will apply.
Cancellation Conditions:
The strictest cancellation condition from the time of the original ticket purchase will apply.
If you combine fare types with different cancellation conditions in one itinerary, the most restrictive conditions will apply.
Question 3: Can I change my ticket to another fare type after purchase?
Answer:
Yes, you can change to the same or higher fare amount as long as it is within the same fare type. You can also change to the higher Normal Fare.
Fare differences will be collected / refunded (if required).
Question 4: Can I combine different boarding class & fare types in one itinerary?
Answer:
Combinable fares will be shown on the flight search page.
If you combine fare types with different cancellation conditions in one itinerary, the most restrictive conditions will apply.
If you combine fare types with different change conditions in one itinerary:
- If only change one sector of flight: it will depend on the fare type purchased for that sector.
- If change all flights: it will refer to strictest change conditions.
Question 5: Do these fare rules apply to flights operated by other airlines?
Answer:
As long as it is an ANA issued ticket (i.e. number on a ticket issued by ANA is a 13-digit number beginning with 205) the fare rules apply. Please note that different fare conditions will be applied depending on the itinerary.
Question 6: How do I find the fare rules of the selected fare type?
Answer:
[Before Purchase] Fare rules can be found after you have searched and selected your flight. These details are shown prior to you purchasing it on our website.
[After Purchase] Go to "My Booking" and input your Reservation Number, First Name and Last Name. You will be directed to the "Reservation Details" page. At the bottom of this page, you will find the "Rules" description.
[Purchase via Travel Agent]: Please contact your travel agent regarding the fare rules.
Question 7: How will the fare rules affect: Advance seat reservation, Baggage , Mileage and/or redemption/bookable upgrades?
Answer:
There will be no change in the conditions for advanced seat reservation, baggage allowance, mileage accrual rate, and upgrade eligibility. These are subject to cabin and booking class basis.
