Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) exemption from International Passenger Service Charge

For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) who are exempted from International Passenger Service Charge, kindly purchase tickets through ANA City Office or through a travel agent, instead of purchasing through the website.

The proof of exemption such as valid Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC), Balik Manggawa (BM) document or other acceptable exemption documents shall be presented upon purchase of tickets and shall be surrendered by the departing Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) at the All Nippon Airways check-in counter at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. In case of failure to surrender the exemption document, the International Passenger Service Charge (IPSC) will be collected from the passenger.

In case IPSC has been already paid by OFW, IPSC can be refunded at ANA's check-in counter at Ninoy Aquino International Airport with valid proof of exemption. For further information, please feel free to contact us.
