Safe and Comfortable Flight

Travel Assistance for Disabled Customers

Please read the following before the flight.

Cabin Environment

Aircraft cabin pressure is regulated by pressurization device to maintain between 0.7-0.8 bars (10.2psia to 12psia), which equals to that at an altitude of 2000-2500 meters (the height of halfway up the Mt. Fuji).
Significant changes in cabin pressure may occur 15-30 minutes after takeoff and before landing. At this time, the cabin pressure drops and the oxygen density decreases to 70-80% of the sea level. Temperature in the cabin is maintained between 22-26 degrees Celsius and the air inside the cabin is circulated with fresh filtered air from outside.
For more information, please check Safety Information / Tips for a Comfortable Flight . Prior to departure, please consult your physician if you're fit to travel by air.
