The Air Carrier Access Act of the US
All ANA flight services operating in the US comply with the Air Carrier Access Act and we provide various supports for disabled customers to be able to travel comfortably. If you have any request or concern about the service, you can inform the airport staff and they will put you through to the Compliant Resolution Official (CRO). CRO is specially educated on the legal and other matters regarding disabled people and sincerely attend to resolve your concerns or complaints.
Please visit the website of the US Aviation Consumer Protection Division http://www.dot.gov/airconsumer for more information on provisions regarding air travelers with disabilities in the US.
