First Class Priority Baggage
First Class passengers who wish to check bags should proceed to the baggage drop counter, where a baggage tag will be attached with First Priority or First Class Priority printed on it. These bags will arrive first at Baggage Claim for easy and quick retrieval. Get More Baggage Information.

Disembarking
First Class passengers are welcome to disembark first from the aircraft. If you have checked bags, proceed to Baggage Claim, where your prioritized bags should arrive promptly.

HYOUTEI
"HYOUTEI"15th GENERATION
Yoshihiro Takahashi
This winter’s menu is a collaboration with the over 400-year-old Kyoto restaurant Hyotei. The appetizer is anglerfish liver braised with a hint of ginger. Enjoy its flavor splendidly mixed with Nara-zuke sake lees pickles. Smoked sockeye salmon is rolled with soft turnips pickled in a sweet vinegar. Stewed duck is served with an assortment of colorful boiled vegetables and fried unbattered daikon radishes. For the soup, tilefish and sea urchin are gently wrapped in grated turnips and rice flour. The main is fatty winter pomfret. The fish is marinated with miso and soy sauce, then grilled and served with aromatic deep-fried taro (shrimp-shaped taro in December). A sauce dotted with seasonal Japanese celery, ginkgo nuts, and shimeji mushrooms brings the whole dish together.

ANA Original
ANA Chefs - International Cuisine
Smoked Spanish mackerel is served with lightly mashed potatoes and milk and topped with simmered abalone and dried persimmons. Enjoy with a small jar of caviar. Tuna tartare is served over snow crab salad with naturally sweet beets and leek. The sautéed Wagyu beef filet is served with two types of sauce: A vinegary sauce made with eggs and herbs on the top; and a red wine and shallot sauce on the outside. Accompanying is a dauphinoise made with regular potato and Japanese sweet and purple potatoes. The fish is a rare Brittany monkfish cheek fricassed and balanced with fish stock and cream for a beautifully light flavor.

IPPUDO Plant-based "Pla-ton" Ramen
Newly available from December 2022, this plant-based pork bone flavor ramen does not contain any animal-derived ingredients. This vegan-friendly dish will allow a wider range of customers peace of mind to enjoy the richness and depth of Ippudo's popular ramen.

The flagship red Bordeaux blend from Kenzo Estate in Napa valley. This wine is elegant, reserved and enchanting, with aromatics framed by ripe raspberry and rose petal. On the palate, pronounced layers of berrylike fruits mingle with black pepper, with an elegant acidity and fine tannins. This is excellent wine with good depth and delicate smoothness. A wonderful paring with meat dishes such as duck and beef.

The name Noria means "waterwheel" in Spanish. The simple, positive ideas of water, nature and the fundamental energy of life associated with waterwheels are perfectly reflected in the elements of the wine. The soft, voluptuous mouthfeel is accompanied by the elegant fruity aromas of lime, pear and apricot, with pleasant herbal notes. Lush acidity blended with pulpy fruity flavors and notes of honey, caramel, and bay leaf make for a truly complex, alluring finish.

Naohiko Noguchi — god of sake brewing — has launched a brewery as a new culumination of his dedication to the art of great sake for over 70 years. This complex, multi-layered Yamahai Sake has creamy richness, mild acidity, and sweet-sour orange aromas. It has a sharp taste that goes down the throat and helps to shed the fat in its dishes.

Founded in 1830 with the motto "Rice farming is the essence of sake brewing", we work with local farmers to produce ideal sake rice and use soft water from Nagaoka City, which is perfectly suited to our brewing process. The beautiful aroma and rich taste are harmonious, and the complex and deep flavor lingers in the mouth.

Tea Selection
Dallmayr is the only coffee roastery to also have decades of experience with tea. The
company was already purchasing precious tea leaves from special traders at the end of
the 19th century (around 1850). Since the 1930s, in regard to the high quality
standards of the delicatessen in Munich, the Dallmayr tea department was known for
its premium and outstanding tea varieties.
