A valid email address is required to apply to redeem your miles.

Your e-Gift Card Redemption Code (Claim Code) will be issued seven days after you request it.

How to Claim e-Gift Card Redemption Code:

Log in from the Top page
Click "My Menu"
Click "Benefits / International Flights"
Select "e-Gift Card Redemption Code Review"
Click the "View Amazon Coupon Information" (brown button)
Click "View e-Gift Card Redemption Code Review" to check your redemption
Click Award "Amazon.com e-Gift Card (100USD)" to obtain the redemption code (claim code)

Once you have your code, use it to shop on Amazon.

Mileage expiration dates are based on Japan time.
Once your application has been accepted, no cancellations or mileage refunds are allowed.
Mileage pooling through Family Account service is not permitted.
