Terms & Conditions
- Miles will be automatically deducted from your mileage account at the time of redemption application. No change, refund or cancellation is allowed after redemption application.
- Once the mileage has been deducted from the account, it cannot be reimbursed back into the account under any circumstances.
- This redemption is only available to ANA Mileage Club members with a registered U.S. mailing address.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards - and they cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
- Before redeeming, please ensure that your registered mailing address is correct.
- Please note that your gift card(s) should arrive to your registered mailing address approximately 10-15 business days from the order date. Please do not change your mailing address until you receive your gift card(s).
- If you have not received your gift card(s) in the mail within three to four weeks after ordering, please contact our Customer Service Center.
- We will hold any gift card(s) returned to us (due to an incorrect mailing address or other reasons) for 60 days. After 60 days, we are not responsible for any gift cards that are not claimed.
- Mileage pooling through Family Account service is not permitted.
- If we have comments around your order, our representatives may contact you through your registered ANA Mileage Club phone number or email address.
