ANA Mileage Club Premium Member Lounge Access
Airport lounges around the world are open to Premium Members. Miles, Upgrade Points or ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers may be required.
- Bronze Service members can use miles or Upgrade Points to access the lounges.

Eligibility
Premium Members can enjoy any of our lounges by presenting one of these cards:
- Your digital card or status card
- Primary member only
- Your digital card or ANA Super Flyers Lounge Card
- Super Flyers primary member and Super Flyers Family Card Holders
- Million Miler Lounge Access Card
- Million Miler customers with 2 million Lifetime Miles traveling on ANA Group-operated flights or codeshare flights
Travel Companions
Lounge access is available for those entering the lounge with the primary member.
Accompanying passengers must depart on the same flight as the primary member on any ANA Group-operated flight, codeshare flight*1, Star Alliance member airline-operated flight, non-Star Alliance partner airline-operated flight or Star Alliance Connecting Partner airline-operated flight*2.
However, customers accompanying Million Miler customers with 2 million Lifetime Miles will only be able to access a lounge if they are traveling on the same ANA Group-operated flight or codeshare flight*1 as the Million Miler customer.

Registered Award Users
Guests who are not visiting the lounge at the same time as the premium member or Super Flyers member must complete Award User registration in advance.
Just make sure to complete the Award User Registration
ahead of time.
- Award users must be family members within two degrees of relationship.
- Premium member or Super Flyers member may use Upgrade Points allowing up to 5 guests to enter the lounge. Guests must be registered in advance as award users to use this service when boarding domestic ANA Group operated flights and a code share flight*1 with an ANA flight number.

Passengers with ANA SUITE LOUNGE Vouchers
With an ANA SUITE LOUNGE voucher, you can use ANA designated lounges, such as ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Please present the voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative when you enter the lounge. Each voucher allows access for one person.

How to Access the Lounges
When boarding ANA Group-operated flights or Star Alliance member airlines-operated flights
After you've completed the check-in procedures for your flight, head to the lounge. Show your ANA Mileage Club app digital card or status card and your boarding pass as you enter.
Using Miles or Upgrade Points
Before you enter the lounge, please let our associate know if you would like to use miles or Upgrade Points. You should also be prepared to provide:
- The Premium Member's 10-digit ANA Mileage Club Membership Number
- The Premium Member's full name
- The name of the person(s) boarding the flight

How to Access the Lounges
When boarding ANA Group-operated flights or ANA codeshare flight with an ANA Flight Number (AIRDO, IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air, StarFlyer, Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines)
Simply touch the lounge access reader with the same boarding pass you used when passing through Security. If you have traveling guests, please press the "Guests Here" button.
- * When travelling with Japan Air Commuter or Amakusa Airlines, you cannot use the access reader at the lounge reception. Please present your Premium Member status card and your boarding pass with which your flight can be confirmed to a staff member at the lounge reception.
Guest Access
- After pressing the "Guests Here" button, touch the lounge access reader again with the Premium member's boarding pass.
- Have your guest touch the lounge access reader with the boarding pass they used at Security.

Please be aware of these important notices
- On Japan domestic flights, lounges are not available for use in the arrival airport.
- Lounges cannot be used when boarding codeshare flights departing from terminals that do not have ANA lounges or from airports not listed above.
- For customers with two or more membership statuses, such as Diamond, Platinum or Bronze Service Members who are also Super Flyers Members, the higher number of accompanying passengers (travelling guests) will apply. (Guest numbers for membership statuses will not be added together.)
- If a lounge is at full capacity when you arrive, you will not be able to
- Availability of airport lounge use is subject to change without notice.
- Children under the age of three will not be counted as guests for Japan domestic flight lounges.
