An authentic outdoor glamping experience in a beach resort 50 minutes away from Fukuoka City
Opened in 2017, Glamping Fukuoka is a luxury glamping resort along the coastline that lets you experience empty-handed, premium camping. Glamping is a term that defines the concept of glamorous camping. It is an all-new style of camping that offers hotel-like luxury and comfort in the midst of the great nature. Guests can enjoy various activities such as horseback riding on the beach while looking over the Genkai Sea as well as a sushi-making lesson using locally sourced seafood.
Meal options
Guests can choose dinner from three different styles: Barbecue, a true classic that lets you enjoy both meat and seafood; “Sushi Yatai Umi-no-Iro,” a bar counter where you can feast on fresh sushi while enjoying the ocean view; and “Mar Mae,” an Italian restaurant that serves an authentic full-course dinner made with lots of fresh seafood. It is hard to decide which dish to choose as they all look delicious. On the other hand, breakfast is simple and prepared by guests so that you can fully enjoy a camping experience.
Four types of accommodations
In addition to the spacious and furnished Takenoko Tent, the aerial tent limited to one group per night, as well as four cottages with a loft that are respectively designed based on different concepts, four annex buildings with a rooftop terrace and the finest décor have been newly added to the accommodation facility. Each of the four types of accommodations has its own character and way of enjoying.
