Points to Note upon Boarding

Customer with ostomy equipment can board an aircraft without notification in advance. However, scissors are restricted items and not allowed to be carried on board, even for medical purposes. Please prepare necessary items in precut condition.

  • Any blades or cutting equipment greater than 6 cm must be as checked-in baggage.
