Awashima
Awashima shaped like a screw, there is oldest seafarer training school in Japan which was established in 1897.
In summer, you can enjoy “Umihotaru” which brings fantastic luster to the sea at night. A favorite place among guests in recent years is the Missing Post Office. The project accepts any letter in any amount, from the past, present, and future, pertaining to things, concepts, and peoples.

The letter published in some of tin boxes installed in the office and people who visit can freely read. It is just like messages in the bottle that washed up on the beach.
