1) Reservations and purchases must be completed in
ANA SKY WEB.
2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed
before payment and ticketing.

* Child (2 - 11 years of age), Infant occupying a seat
(under 2 years of age): No discount or up to 25% off adult fare
depending on the route and class
* Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age):
90% off adult fares

Reservation
Changes |
Changes are permitted.
Changes to the origin/destination, transfer point and stop
over are permitted provided any difference in fare, taxes
or surcharge is collected or refunded.
For Non-Refundable fare type only, residual value will be forfeited/ignored.
When fares with different change penalties or no penalty are
combined, the most restrictive penalty applies.
Also, the change must be made at least one day prior to
the previously scheduled flight.

| Refunds |
[Before Departure]
Tickets are non-refundable.
However, full value of wholly unused ticket may be applied
towards purchase of a new ticket within 1 year from the
original date of issue, provided original reservations are
cencelled prior to originally scheduled flight.
Any difference in fare, taxes, fees and/or surcharges
must be collected at time of reissue.
If the ticket is exchanged to lower fare, the non-refundable fare
amount of the ticket being exchanged remains non-refundable
and there will be no refund.
Partially used tickets are non-refundable.
[After departure]
Tickets are non-refundable.

| Miscellaneous |
Fare can be combined on a half round trip basis with other ANA
fares and most restrictive rule will apply to the entire ticket.
Other restrictions may apply.
