Reservations /Tickt Purchase 1)Once reservation is confirmed, payment and ticketing must be 
completed at the same time. ANA is offering a convenient optional 
service that enables customers to hold reservations and fare 
details up to 72 hours after making a reservation.

Child discount

◇Child (2 - 11 years of age): 25% off adult fares
◇Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 
90% off adult fares
Reservation Changes

◇Outbound: Permitted for free.
Inbound: Permitted for free.
◇It is necessary to change the date before the original flight
date, otherwise the ticket has no value.
Reroutings are not permitted.
◇To the following fares that are applicable for the fee 
above-mentioned is changeable.
- More expensive ANA normal fare
*Fare must be adjusted if the change results 
in a fare difference.

RMB1000 will be charged as a refund fee.
No refund on the day of departure.
When a fare was switched to a different fare, penalty/refund charges apply to the strictest rule.

Please contact ANA within one year and 30 days 
from the departure date.
