Reservations /Tickt Purchase	1)Once reservation is confirmed, payment and ticketing must be completed at the same time. ANA is offering a convenient optional service that enables customers to hold reservations and fare details up to 72 hours after making a reservation. More details can be found here. 2)Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.
Period of Stay	Up to 12 months
Child discount	◇Child (2 - 11 years of age): 25% off adult fares ◇Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age): 90% off adult fares
Reservation Changes	◇Permitted Charge:FREE ◇To the following fares that is changeable. - ANA normal fare *Fare must be adjusted if the change results in a fare difference.
Transfers	Unlimited and transfers permitted.
Leave on the way (Stopover)	permitted
Refunds	【Before departure】 Charge:FREE 【After departure】 Refund the difference if any between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the sector actually flown. When a fare was switched to a different fare, penalty/refund charges apply to the strictest rule. It does not matter if the itinerary is before or after departure. Please contact ANA within one year and 30 days from the departure date.
