How to Apply
Information regarding the application period will be sent out along with selectable exclusive benefits applications from around mid-December onward to customers attaining Diamond Service Member status for the following fiscal year. Original Name Tag will be shipped from late March to late April each year. Please note that the exact timing will depend on the period when the status is attained.

Million Miler Program Original Name Tag
Million Miler members who have accumulated at least 500,000 lifetime miles on ANA Group-operated flights since becoming an ANA Mileage Club member receive a beautiful original name tag made using traditional crafting techniques.

The ebony black color complements the beautiful maki-e (lacquer art) in crisp golden lines of the name tag.
1 MILLION LIFETIME MILES
The base is covered in Kanazawa gold leaf that is one ten-thousandth of a millimeter thin on this name tag.

This name tag features a deep blue lapis lazuli surface.

Application and Shipping Method
Application is not required. Original name tags will be delivered to the address that has been registered at the ANA Mileage Club two months after milestone has been reached.
Members who have met the criteria for "ANA Lifetime Miles"— lifetime miles accumulated by flying on ANA Group-operated flights, and for "Lifetime Miles (ANA + partner airlines)" flown on partner airline operated flights in the same month will receive original name tags for each category.

How to Apply
Application is not required. The name tag will be delivered to the address in Japan that has been registered with the ANA Mileage Club.
Important Note
This gift is awarded at the time of enrollment and is limited to one person at one time only. It cannot be reissued in the event of damage or loss.
Lounge Voucher with 80,000+ Premium Points
As a token of our appreciation, we will be presenting Platinum Service Members who have earned 80,000 Premium Points or more on ANA Group-operated flights between January and the end of December with ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers.
- * Premium Points earned on flights on Star Alliance Member Airlines are will not be credited towards the 80,000 Premium Points ANA SUITE LOUNGE Voucher.
- * NOTE: This does not apply to customers who have achieved Diamond Service Member status.

ANA SUITE LOUNGE Vouchers (3 Vouchers)
Vouchers can be used at the ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Platinum members who have earned more than 80,000 Premium Points and accompanying guests. The primary member's name will be printed on the vouchers.
How to Apply
Application is not required. These vouchers will be sent to the address registered on members' ANA Mileage Club accounts, in March.
Terms of Use
- When flying ANA Japan domestic routes, you can use the lounge when boarding ANA flights and when traveling on ANA codeshare flights with an ANA Group flight number.
- When flying international routes, you can use the lounge when boarding ANA Group operated flights, Star Alliance partner airlines flights and ANA codeshare flights operated by partner airlines that are not Star Alliance members.
- Accompanying guests are required to enter the ANA SUITE LOUNGE at the same time as the member when boarding under the same conditions.

How to Use This Service
One voucher allows access for one person. When you access the lounge, please hand your voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative.
Diary, Calendar and Notebook Gifts
Select members will receive a desktop calendar and diary for the following year upon request. In addition, those who hold a Super Flyers Card as of July 31, 2024, will receive an exclusive Super Flyers Notebook (or notebook refill) and desktop calendar upon request.
Our Apology and Information
Diary, Calendar and Notebook Gifts will take time to prepare them for shipping out, and their delivery has been delayed for outside Japan.
They are expected to be delivered around late December 2024 to early January 2025.
Please accept our sincerest appologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

How to Apply
You can apply by clicking on "Delivery and Address Changes" in the ANA Mileage Club Members' Information Page.
- Members who have a registered address in China (except for Hong Kong and Macao) should call the ANA Mileage Club China Service Center (4008-82-8888) to apply.
(1) Click Register/Change
From "Change of Address and Request for Mailed Items," click the "Register/Change" button.
(2) Confirm delivery address
As delivery will be made to the registered address, please be sure to confirm that your address is correct.
(3) Click "Wish to receive"
If you wish to receive the service, please confirm that the "Wish to receive" box is checked.
(4) Specify type of mail
Diamond Service Members and Platinum Service Members please select "receive" next to the Next year's Diary, Desktop Calendar or Diary and Desktop Calendar field. Super Flyers Members please click to receive and select a desire choice of "Notebook (cover/refill)" or "Notebook(refill only)". For the calendar, please click to receive or not receive "Desktop Calendar".
- The default setting is "Do not receive."
(5) Click "Confirm"
(6) After checking the entered content, click "Register"
Please reconfirm entered item and click the "Register" button.
- After you have completed the process, you will receive an email from ANA with the heading "Notification of ANA Mileage Club Member Information Confirmation/Update" to the email address registered for "Important Messages from ANA."
An email will generate automatically even if changes were not made after you click "Register" in Step 7 of the application process. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
